Le Moulin du Meunier
The Mill
Le Moulin du Meunier is an 18th century mill, situated on the Vidourle river in the village of Rauret, Orthoux-Sérignac-Quilhan in the Gard, France.
The mill, which is literally on the banks of the river, is in a private park and is peaceful – the sound of rushing water will accompany your stay here.
The Mill is approximately 30 minutes by car from the Roman city of Nîmes and approximately 45 minutes from the sophisticated southern city of Montpellier, both of which have international transport connections through their airports (Nîmes and Montpellier) and TGV stations. The mill is about one hour away from the Cévennes and about 40 minutes away from the Mediterranean.

Joséphine
As you drive up the tree-lined drive to the mill, you will see to your left 120 vines that go to produce our own brand grape juice. The vines of vermintino, muscat and alphonse du vallée are picked by hand, pasteurised and bottled locally. Each tenant receives a welcome gift of a bottle and more are available for purchase. A souvenir of your stay at Le Moulin du Meunier.
